In this chatbot I am going to initialize the url, from where we have to extract information after that I am going to download the data from that site using nlp punkt package and also newspaper3k.

after this I am going the define the basic queries that can asked to the bot and with this I can perform comparisions and if I got any relevant query according to what I had initialised than our bot is going to answer the question. the input of the user can be taken in the text format and output from the bot is in text as well as audio format and for that we had used pyttsx3 package.  

Also my bot are capable of sending emails as well as they can store data of the user in excel sheets.
