Hello, I will make you a discord bot, written in Discord.py. I haven't yet learned how to make too complex commands, but I know how to make good, working bot. The bot can include commands, such as:

• say something
• kick
• ban
• unban
• show meme from reddit
• image manipulation
• clear commands
• 8ball
• custom status
• polls
• and maybe even level system,

depending on the package, you've selected.

I won't host your bot, so I will send you the bot code so you can host on other sites. But if you want to host it for free, then I'd suggest using Heroku. And if you'd really want to host you'r bot in Herkou then maybe I could help you do it, just keep in mind that image manipulation doesn't work with Heroku.
